This essay explores various examples of how policing can be reformed in the US through implementations of standardized training programs such as EPIC and community policing. In this essay, I explore the many benefits such reforms can have on the relationships and outcomes of police and the communities they serve. I chose this brief because of its relevancy in todays society.
